Management Courses

In partnership with Acas, we have designed a series of line management courses to help ’people managers’ to lead their teams confidently, effectively, and within the framework of regulatory compliance and contemporary best practice.

These courses are for anyone new to line management (New Line Managers’ course) or anyone who has been line managing for a while but would like to update their statutory employment law knowledge and expand their ‘people’ skills (Developing Managers' course). It would also be good for owners of small businesses or anyone who fulfils a matrix HR role in an SME environment.
