Salary Exchange can be seen as a huge project, that may not necessarily be of advantage to all employees. For these reasons, it can sometimes be a project that is often on the horizon but does not come to fruition.
By commissioning The Ink Group to conduct a Salary Exchange Impact Analysis exercise, Buzz Bingo Group Limited were fully informed that even though circa 75% of their employees were likely not suitable for Salary Exchange, the remaining 25% could still benefit, which in turn would generate a significant Employer National Insurance saving per annum.
