Billy Johnson, Managing Director

Billy has led The Ink Group to national recognition for our service proposition. He is an expert in Workplace Pensions and specialises in providing strategic advice and consultancy to employers looking to deliver tailored and engaging reward packages for their employees.
Ruth Johnson, Director
BA (Hons), MBA, Assoc CIPD
Ruth leads the HR team and specialises in employment law. She is a qualified business coach and enjoys mentoring business owners and team leaders who understand the benefit of getting HR right and who appreciate that this may not always be easy.
Harpinder Singh, Account Director
BA (Hons)
Harpinder has over 20 years’ experience providing holistical benefits advice to a range of clients from SME’s to multi-nationals. Over the course of his career, Harpinder has worked for some of the world’s largest EB houses and also with clients on an international benefits mandate. Harpinder’s speciality, however, remains around UK Pensions, Risk, Healthcare and Wellbeing benefits.
James Doyle, Account Director
DipFA
James has worked within financial services for 15 years, specialising in workplace pensions and employee benefits advice. His experience of working for both large and small consultancy firms, with a wide range of employers, makes him perfectly placed to provide holistic advice. James specialises in UK workplace pensions, group risk and healthcare consultancy.
Andy Lindley, Account Director
Andy has been working in the financial services sector for 25 years, for small and international product and service providers and also supporting clients and SME's at financial adviser firms. He has experience in helping with personal and workplace pensions, investments and more recently group risk and employee benefits.
Sherry Trusler, Account Manager
Team Leader, Payroll

Sherry leads our Payroll team and plays a key role both in setting strategy for our bureau and for ensuring that it operates safely and effectively. Trained by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, Sherry uses her technical knowledge to unravel some of the more complex payroll conundrums that come our way. Our clients benefit from Sherry’s complementary HR knowledge (CIPD Level 3) which enables her to see the story behind the numbers and spot the detail that others might miss.
Mina Patel, Account Manager
Team Leader, Employee Benefits

Our longest serving employee, Mina leads the team of Account Managers who take care of our clients’ various Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits administration. As leader of the Employee Benefits service team, Mina is well placed to contribute to Ink’s Team Leader Group, where she works with other senior colleagues on strategic and operational development initiatives. Mina is driven by attention to detail and the very highest level of customer service.
Mina has recently added another string to her bow with the Chartered Insurance Institute Healthcare Insurance Products (IR7) qualification.
Rebecca Heatherley, Associate Account Director
Assoc CIPD
Rebecca is an Associate Account Director working in our Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits team. Becs advises clients on a broad range of reward and retention issues and uses her CIPD qualified HR generalist background to bring a different perspective to the table.
Jean Di Pilla, Account Manager
Jean works closely with employers to manage their various Employee Benefit plans and Workplace Pension schemes on a day-to-day basis. She enjoys the strong relationships she builds with our clients and the trust that they put in her to maintain our service levels at all times.
Jules Gibbard, Account Manager
Jules has over 5 years’ experience helping employers manage their workplace pensions and employee benefits. She prides herself on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring all processes run as smoothly as possible and is always available as a trusted helping hand.
Sam Herminie, Account Manager
DipPFS
Sam is from a Wealth Management background, and has many years’ experience in Pensions and Individual Protection. This has enabled her to transition smoothly into the Workplace Pension and Employee Benefits role. Sam is passionate about the overall client experience and seeks to deliver an efficient service at all times.
Gosia Cichowska, HR Business Partner
MA, Post Grad. Diploma, Assoc CIPD
Gosia is an Account Manager and Business Partner in our HR team, supporting clients with day to day personnel matters and overseeing the maintenance of their files and record-keeping. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma from De Montford University in HR management, accredited by the CIPD. Prior to Ink, Gosia worked ‘in house’ across a variety of sectors, predominantly retail and construction.
Lisa Markey, Payroll Officer
As a Payroll Officer in our Payroll team, Lisa is responsible for processing multiple monthly payrolls, with a close eye on the details and the deadlines. She is a qualified Payroll Technician (CIPP) and applies her technical and theoretical knowledge to the ‘real life’ and often varied needs of our clients.
Abbey Thomas, Account Manager
Abbey has a background in people management and brings many transferable skills to her first role in HR. Working in our HR Team as a Senior Administrator, Abbey provides key HR Administration support to our clients by coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of employees, conducting pre-employment checks, taking absence calls and maintaining employee records.
Lottie Dadd, Client Engagement Manager
BSc (Hons)
Lottie has a strategic and operational role that spans all our service areas. She keeps us accountable for our promises and commitments to our clients and is responsible for all of our marketing activities.
Julia Golinska, Graduate Intern
BA (Hons)
Julia is our Graduate Intern and has a Modern Languages degree from the University of Nottingham. Currently rotating across all departments at Ink, she has an enthusiasm for HR, a keen eye for detail and a very obvious flair for design and marketing. Julia brings fresh perspectives; she’s not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve process efficiency.
Yuliya Runnels-Moss, Administrator - EB
BA (Hons), CEMAP
Yuliya has joined Ink from a Private Pensions background. She supports the Benefits Team with client scheme renewals and pension governance reporting in an Administrator capacity. She has seamlessly transitioned into the team, bringing with her considerable experience of working in fast-paced Operations Control environments. She thrives on delivering great service to our clients and approaches her work with excellent attention to detail.

Lisa Carter, Associate Director - Payroll

Lisa has extensive experience in a variety of payroll industries and positions and offers bespoke guidance on payroll compliance concerns, solving processing inefficiencies, redressing knowledge gaps within payroll teams and advising on implementation processes. She has worked on a wide range of payroll software products and delivers training on the legislative and practical applications of payroll processing and management.
