Opportunities for Personal Growth

To do our jobs properly, our knowledge must be broad and deep, and always up to date. Our team of account managers are constantly working to keep on top of this by participating in provider webinars, monitoring policy changes and keeping abreast of industry advancements.

We support our team with further education and learning opportunities on courses such as those provided by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Chartered Institue of Payroll Professionals or even working towards a Masters degree.

People and Relationships

It’s all about trust. From day one, each member of the team is entrusted to talk directly to clients. We operate a named Account Manager policy with each and every one of our clients. This is front and centre of our client service policy.

Relationships with our suppliers and providers are also paramount to our business model. We have close partnerships with a small, select number of insurers and technology companies and the team speak directly to these providers on a daily basis and regularly receive training to stay on top of product changes.
