With a workforce predominantly made up of young professionals, UNiDAYS identified the need to make financial planning relatable and accessible with particular emphasis on pensions.
The Ink Group has been looking after the UNiDAYS Workplace Pension and other employee benefits since 2019 and the company felt that there was a lack of engagement around the importance of retirement planning. To support UNiDAYS in fostering a positive workplace experience and supporting their desire to engage their workforce in their financial future, Ink provided a Pension Spotlight webinar and one-to-one pension consultations designed to demystify the process and empower employees to take personal control.
In addition, to enhance the process even further, Ink designed and provided a poster inviting employees to book one-to-one meetings, which included the most common pension questions, to help employees feel confident and informed before the 121 meetings
