The Covid pandemic has significantly changed the world of work and it has also altered many employers' attitudes towards providing health and wellbeing benefits.

At the recent Corporate Adviser roundtable event to discuss the 2021 Workplace Protection and Wellbeing report, it was agreed that group risk and corporate healthcare products and services were growing more popular. Our Managing Director William Johnson highlighted growth in bringing new schemes to market and also that 'business with existing clients has expanded, as they broaden and deepen the coverage they offer'.

The rapid take-up of digital benefits, such as remote GPs and tech solutions like the skin cancer detection app launched by Medicash Healthcare's and SkinVision, was also lauded and further the potential for using technology to tailor benefits to specific employees.
