We partnered with Harworth to transform their underutilised and fragmented health and wellbeing offering into a cohesive, high-impact strategy aligned to their people goals. The existing programme had evolved organically over time, resulting in multiple providers, low engagement and limited visibility of outcomes. Our focus was to create a more joined-up, data-led approach that would simplify access for employees, increase engagement and deliver better value. Following a comprehensive market review, we consolidated services into a single, integrated ecosystem covering core healthcare, preventative support and employee assistance. A central digital access point was introduced to give employees one simple route into all services, alongside enhanced preventative care options such as virtual GP access and at-home health assessments. 

To ensure the new strategy delivered maximum impact, we supported it with clear, engaging communication tools designed to improve understanding and appreciation of the overall reward package. This included tailored benefits materials and total reward statements that positioned benefits alongside salary and incentives, helping employees see the full value of their package. The result was a significantly improved employee experience, with easier navigation and higher engagement, alongside better quality data to inform future decision-making. By removing duplication and aligning services more effectively, the client also achieved greater cost efficiency while enhancing the overall quality and accessibility of support for their workforce.
