As part of our work with Shepherd Global, we were recently asked to run a series of events to improve engagement with staff about their Workplace Pension. We passionately believe in the role of Workplace Pensions to provide employees with the lifestyle they want in retirement and Shepherd Global share this view in the importance of providing advice, ideas and content to promote the benefit to employees of engaging with their pension planning.
We held a series of webinars and two days of 121s with staff to discuss specific concerns about individual retirement planning. The 121s were completely confidential and held virtually with one of our experienced advisers.
The team at Shepherd Global were incredibly receptive to the opportunities to find out more about their Workplace Pension and all of these events were well received. The feedback afterwards internally was extremely positive and helped to boost the hard work that has been done by the Shepherd Global HR team to promote all of the Employee Benefits available to staff.
