Nagra Media UK specialises in delivering solutions to the pay-TV market and because attracting and retaining talent is a key HR driver, has a very comprehensive flexible reward package. However, the company operates in a highly competitive labour market based around the Cardiff / Newport area and constantly needs to innovate and change its reward offering.
With benefits consulting and broking, benefits technology and payroll all historically managed separately, the scheme was beginning to creak at the seams. The Ink Group was appointed in 2019, initially to provide Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits Consultancy and employee engagement work. Nagra wanted to ensure that the benefits provided were cost effective, well communicated, and easy to administer.
Over time Ink’s involvement has grown to include Payroll outsourcing and now Flexible Benefits software and administration. Ink effectively manages Nagra’s entire employee benefits package, including payroll processing.
